Tempus Two Silver Series Sauvignon Blanc 2021 SEA
The premium fruit used to produce Silver Series Sauvignon Blanc was harvested, pressed and then fermented. This led to the creation of a bright white coloured wine showing green flecks. A whiff of the wine offers pleasing scents of passionfruit, lime, lemon and freshly cut grass. The fresh and zesty palate contains citrus flavours supported by bright lemon acidity. A major portion of the juice obtained was matured in stainless steel tanks, while the remaining portion was stored in American and French oak. This resulted in the creation of a purple red-hued wine showing light crimson shades. Rich aromas of ripe raspberries combine with subtle white pepper notes to flaunt a perfumed nose. The attractive palate contains red berry flavours, coupled with spice and white pepper undertones. Sourced from old, dry grown vines grown in the highest quality vineyards in South Australia’s renowned Barossa Valley, our Pewter Series Shiraz is intensely flavoured. Low cropping levels produce rich Ribena and blackberry fruit aromas and flavours which combine beautifully with strong vanillin and mocha chocolate from aging in American oak. Luscious and smooth with soft tannins this wine will continue to soften with bottle ageing.
Tempus Two Copper Wilde Chardonnay Hunter Valley 2012
A rich Burgundian style Chardonnay with a taste of stone fruit, then a little citrus and just a hint of apple. The layers of flavour finish with a biscuity note. Sourced from two of the great Chardonnay producing regions of Australia, the Hunter Valley and the Adelaide Hills, the wine is 100% Barrel fermented in French oak to create a luscious wine with Old World influences.
