Their vineyard have been carefully divided into blocks where different varieties of grapes are grown. Following are the ranges of single vineyard wines they produce:

  • Field Blends- a traditional practice in which complementary varieties of grapes are inter-planted in a single batch. It required very careful selection of the grape variety that would enhance the soil character.

  • Breaking Ground- this include single vineyard wines from the field blends and alternative varieties. These wines reflects the terroir in its truest sense.
  • White Label- these wines are sourced the small blocks in the vineyard which produce exceptional quality of grapes. Produced in limited volume, these wines are made available in the best restaurants and other outlets.
